Bespoke Programmes

Connections Arts Centre works collaboratively with individual organisations, designing bespoke programmes to suit the participants’ needs. Each programme starts with direct engagement with the participants to identify which particular skills they wish to develop.

Watch this short video on a recent programme we designed and delivered for Cheeverstown House

A video detailing the Bespoke Programme in collaboration with Cheeverstown House.

To date, we have worked with organisations such as Enable Ireland, Rehab Care, Down Syndrome Dublin, South Dublin City Partnership Ability Programme, Cheeverstown House and many more.

By working with a not for profit social enterprise, these organisations are in turn supporting our mission to change the perception and visibility of people with disabilities in our communities.

Our Methodology:

Icon of a lightbulb. It is coloured yellow to symbolize being turned on.

We consult with all groups before starting the process. This allows us to to discuss their hopes and aspirations for the programmes. While also giving us the opportunity to access the level of their needs.

Icon of a clip board with a check list written on it. There are three items on the list, all three items are checked off

Where appropriate, we create easy read surveys to access the needs of group. This will allow us to develop truly person centred programmes based on the needs of the participants.

Icon of a rocket ship. It has flames coming out of the base, to symbolize taking off

Once we commence, we work collaboratively with the group as we progress and adapt where needed.
