The 2026 exhibition showcases the work of the talented artists in the CA Collective.

The Collective is a vibrant community of artists who identify as having an intellectual disability or are from the neurodiverse community. As members, these artists partner with Connections Arts Centre, for education and professional opportunities to exhibit and sell their work, fostering creativity, confidence, and connection.

Exhibition is open: Tuesday-Saturday 11am - 5pm (open until 7pm Wednesdays) and Sunday 12pm - 5pm.

The CA Collective was delighted to showcase at the RHA for the third year in a row. The opening night was a great success and showcased artwork by 28 artists.

At the event Artists spoke about their experience and the impact the Connecting Artists Community has had on them. And guests had the opportunity to meet artists and learn about their practice.

Free Artists Talks and Demonstrations

Join us for free and accessible artists talks and demonstrations hosted by the RHA galleries, as part of the CA Collective at the RHA Exhibition.

This is an opportunity to meet artists from the collective and learn more about their practice and experience in the CA Collective.

After the talk/demonstration there will be an optional tour of the RHA galleries.

These talks are free to attend, but booking is required.

    “I aim to advocate for people with disabilities. I want to gain recognition as a local artist and challenge myself outside my comfort zone. I love being part of an artist community that shares my passion for art.”

    She is a self taught artist inspired by life, nature, and by the inner workings of her own mind. Viewers will see their own emotions reflected back in her work.

The Connecting Artists Collective is a national community of artists from across Ireland, who are neurodivergent or have an intellectual disabilities They Partner with Connections Arts Centre for collaboration, skill-sharing, creative growth, and to develop their practice and showcase their work. Through exhibitions, mentorship, and networking opportunities, the Collective fosters inclusivity in the arts and empowers members to reach new audiences.
