We understand that accessibility can feel intimidating. Many people want to do the right thing but are afraid of getting it wrong. ACT is designed to remove that fear. This training is rooted in the lived experience of people with disabilities.
As a social enterprise, we work every day with people who face barriers to communication, understanding, and access. The training we deliver is shaped by these real interactions; by what excludes, what enables, and what genuinely makes life easier for people.
This focuses on helping people see communication through another person’s eyes, to understand how small design and content choices can either create barriers or open doors.
ACT supports individuals and teams to embed accessibility into everyday practice, so inclusion becomes part of how work is done, not an afterthought.
At its heart, this training is about lasting change, changing habits, perspectives, and systems so that accessibility is no longer an exception, but a shared responsibility across the organisation.
