Accessible Communications Training(ACT)

Empowering organisations to cultivate accessible communications

Our Accessible Communications Training (ACT) helps organisations to improve their internal and external communication practices to be more inclusive and accessible to people of all abilities. Making information inclusive and accessible means designing it in a way that removes barriers for all individuals, regardless of their abilities or circumstances. It ensures integration of people with disabilities in the workplace, embraces diversity, and ensures that communications content is accessible to the widest possible audience.

This training is aligned with State-funded inclusion goals, The Work and Access: Disability Equality and Inclusion Training Scheme. The Disability Equality and Inclusion Training Grant is an Irish government initiative designed to help employers create more inclusive workplaces for people with disabilities. This support funding is available for all types of organisations.

It provides up to €20,000 per year to employers to fund training that promotes disability awareness and inclusion in the workplace. Click here below to learn more. You will be redirected to Gov.ie
