“What Lies Within” Exhibition

'What Lies Within" is a collaborative exhibition between Art is Collective, Connections Arts Centre & Mencap Northern Ireland in the Atypical Gallery, Belfast. The exhibition runs from the 2nd of July to the 21st of August. 

Artists from Connections Arts Centre travelled to Belfast on the 2nd of July for the exhibition's opening night. David Singleton, a member of The Connecting Artists Collective, told us, “It was really encouraging to see people interested in our work and to listen to my fellow artists speak about their work and the Connections Art Centre”. His favourite part of the exhibition was seeing the variety of work from all the artists. 

Alan Tarpey, another artist who attended, said it was a “great exhibition and a great show”. Events like this are the perfect opportunity for artists to network, connect, and showcase their work, while also being an enjoyable cultural occasion for visitors and art enthusiasts.
