Accessible Communications Training(ACT)
Helping You Meet the EU Accessibility Act Requirements
From 28 June 2025, the European Accessibility Act (EAA) requires many organisations in the EU to make their products, services, and information accessible to all. This includes ensuring that websites, documents, customer communications, and digital content are perceivable, understandable, and usable by everyone.
Our Accessible Communications Training gives your team the practical skills to meet these legal obligations while improving customer experience, protecting your reputation, and strengthening inclusion across your organisation. This training helps organisations to improve their internal and external communication practices to be more inclusive and accessible to people of all abilities, removing barriers for all individuals, regardless of their abilities or circumstances.
This training is aligned with State-funded inclusion goals, The Work and Access: Disability Equality and Inclusion Training Scheme. The Disability Equality and Inclusion Training Grant is an Irish government initiative designed to help employers create more inclusive workplaces for people with disabilities. This support funding is available for all types of organisations.
It provides up to €20,000 per year to employers to fund training that promotes disability awareness and inclusion in the workplace. Click here below to learn more. You will be redirected to Gov.ie
